Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures focused on the 2026 technology roadmap, including multimodal LLMs and autonomous decision-making agents.
- Optimize inference pipelines and model performance to ensure real-time responsiveness in high-traffic environments.
- Lead the research and development of novel neural network architectures to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate technical requirements into robust, production-ready code.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and AI safety protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Natural Language Processing, and transformer-based models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
