Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for 2026-era AI infrastructure, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing protocols into classical web and mobile ecosystems.
- Architect high-performance, distributed systems capable of handling exabytes of real-time data.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AR/VR, Neural Interfaces) and prototype viable solutions.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into tangible product features.
- Ensure all technical implementations adhere to the highest standards of security and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or emerging tech.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing basics and their application to optimization problems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and data privacy regulations.
