Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with long-term business goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, cloud-native infrastructure capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Lead Digital Transformation: Drive the integration of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and blockchain, into core business processes.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: In Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud engineering, or IT consulting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; deep knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Programming: Strong understanding of Python, Go, or Java, with experience in building high-performance APIs.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects and delivering on aggressive timelines.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent cloud certifications.
