Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Integration, and Edge Computing.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, high-performance system architectures capable of handling future-scale data demands.
- Lead & Mentor High-Performing Teams: Guide a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Bridge Innovation & Execution: Translate abstract research concepts into viable, deployable software products.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive business alignment.
- Future-Proofing: Identify potential risks and technological shifts to ensure our infrastructure remains resilient and competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or a related technical field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a demonstrated history of working with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or Quantum computing environments.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and align technical projects with broader business objectives.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in high-growth startup or enterprise environments.
