Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Systems: Design and implement complex multi-agent architectures capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for efficiency, accuracy, and low-latency inference.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in reinforcement learning and neural-symbolic integration to advance our roadmap.
- System Scalability: Build robust pipelines to handle petabyte-scale data processing and ensure high availability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate technical roadmaps into user-centric features.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to safety guidelines and ethical standards for AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems.
- 2026 Vision: Deep understanding of current trends in LLMs, RAG, and Agent workflows.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
