Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/biotech convergence)
- Translate complex technological shifts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Spearhead thought leadership through white papers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development of breakthrough technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience scaling innovation from lab to market in regulated industries
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation launches (2019-2024)
