Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful future-oriented strategies for large enterprises
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
