As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and venture partners to decode signals from quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-integration, and decentralized systems. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational culture for the decade ahead.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Radar, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Architect cross-functional innovation pipelines translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on future market disruptions
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present annual Future State reports to Board of Directors with strategic recommendations
- Establish global foresight communities with academic and industry partners
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption across organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Roadmapping methodologies
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major industry publications
- Experience building global innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 companies
