Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop innovation frameworks for product roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging startups in exponential tech domains
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
