Responsibilities

- Author white papers on sustainable technology adoption for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven portfolio allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Represent company at global innovation summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in AI/ML, synthetic biology, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication with C-level stakeholders and technical teams
- Portfolio of 3+ successful innovation launches post-2020
