Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts across emerging technology sectors
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks for continuous trend detection

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
