Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead quantitative trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Produce executive-level trend briefings with actionable strategic recommendations
- Facilitate innovation workshops with global R&D teams and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a proprietary foresight database using predictive analytics tools
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices in strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies required
