- Author thought leadership publications positioning our brand as an industry futurist
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into actionable projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks across global organizations
