As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research pioneers, and global thought leaders. Your work will directly shape multi-year strategic initiatives across technology, sustainability, and human experience domains.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce trend intelligence reports with quantitative/qualitative validation methodologies
- Design and execute horizon-scanning systems using AI-powered trend analysis platforms
- Present strategic futures to executive stakeholders with compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging research methodologies and ethical foresight practices
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and market entry strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record delivering C-suite level strategic foresight presentations
- Proficiency with trend intelligence platforms (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner Pulse)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) preferred
