Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the end-to-end development of our AI infrastructure for the 2026 product launch.
- Design scalable deep learning models capable of handling enterprise-grade data volumes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and deployment (MLOps).
- Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure architectural integrity across all projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging AI technologies and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and microservices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
