Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art neural networks using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce resource consumption for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality training datasets for 2026 benchmarks.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to automate model deployment and monitoring.
- Research and evaluate emerging architectures such as Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Present technical findings and architectural decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX).
- Experience with distributed training and large-scale GPU clusters.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
