Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the AI product roadmap for the 2026 release cycle.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core business workflows.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies such as generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and data privacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
- Proven track record of leading AI strategy in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
