Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision and product roadmap specifically targeting 2026 market readiness and emerging technologies.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performance R&D team in exploring Generative AI, Blockchain interoperability, and Neural Interface technologies.
- Technical Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and future-proof technical architectures that support rapid scaling.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging tech trends (Web3, AI, IoT) and assess their viability for integration into our core product suite.
- Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and forward-thinking innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or CTO leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Distributed Ledger Technologies (Web3/Blockchain).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into business value and growth strategies.
- Future-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and pivot technology stacks accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical vision to diverse stakeholders, including investors, board members, and product teams.
