Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI development, from conceptualization to deployment. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our solutions are scalable, ethical, and revolutionary.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI models focused on the 2026 technology horizon.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Research Integration: Stay at the forefront of AI research, integrating novel algorithms into our core product suite.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and ensure robust deployment strategies for AI microservices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of adapting to rapidly changing technologies and working in agile environments.
