Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic design of core AI systems and infrastructure that align with our long-term vision for the year 2026.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems using modern microservices architecture.
- AI Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of deep learning models for high-performance inference in production environments.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct research on emerging AI trends (e.g., Quantum AI, Generative Adversarial Networks) to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Knowledge: Deep understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Future Tech Focus: Proven track record of implementing bleeding-edge technologies and adapting to rapid industry shifts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
