Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, secure, and efficient AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging paradigms such as Neural Symbolic AI and Quantum Machine Learning integration.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of large-scale transformer models to ensure low-latency inference.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI product development, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and architects, establishing rigorous code quality and architectural standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into deployable software.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to current problems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
