Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging tech/societal trends through 2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership on future of work and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
- Design immersive futures simulations for executive decision-making
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, weak signal detection)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation publications
