Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum AI, biotech integration, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech deployment
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with proven impact in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (demonstrable case studies required)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
