Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation machine learning algorithms focused on the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and optimize large-scale deep learning models for high-velocity data environments.
- System Optimization: Improve the latency, throughput, and efficiency of our inference pipelines using cutting-edge hardware acceleration.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Integration: Collaborate with product managers to integrate AI capabilities that solve complex, real-world business problems.
- Code Quality: Enforce best practices in code review, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation to ensure maintainability.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- System Design: Strong experience designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
