As a key member of our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to identify convergence points at the intersection of technology, society, and sustainability. You'll influence product roadmaps while maintaining our commitment to ethical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technology domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Develop 2026+ trend forecasts using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Architect strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, design, and executive leadership
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology impacts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting methodology implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Strong data visualization and narrative storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
