Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology ethics
- Design innovation KPIs and track horizon-scan metrics
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into roadmaps
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients and investors
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Published futurist research or proven track record of trend prediction
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives
