Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, high-performance AI models capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Research Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists in exploring novel architectures, including Transformer models and quantum-enhanced neural networks.
- Strategic Implementation: Translate complex research papers into production-ready code and scalable infrastructure.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives to drive buy-in for ambitious projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in large-scale system design.
- Certifications: Professional certification in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
