Responsibilities
- Architect System Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex AI systems for Project 2026, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Research Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering, deploying cutting-edge algorithms into production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, evaluating emerging technologies and making strategic architectural decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and refine AI models to ensure they meet real-world performance benchmarks and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leading AI or Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and design robust system architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from concept to completion.
