Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of core AI models for Project 2026, focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum computing researchers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Define and implement best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in high-stakes environments.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed and efficiency, reducing latency in real-time processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
