Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated autonomous agents using Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise workflows.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge architectures for multimodal reasoning.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI safety and alignment.
- Drive the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience building and deploying LLMs or agentic systems.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
