Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and self-correction.
- Design robust pipelines for training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
- Optimize model inference performance for low-latency, high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging paradigms in AI safety and alignment for 2026.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices for deep learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML models.
