Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures tailored for 2026-era computational constraints.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy for both edge and cloud deployment scenarios.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve explainability and reduce bias in large language models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into consumer-facing products.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to leading open-source communities.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to think abstractly and solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Excellent communication skills for technical leadership and stakeholder management.
