Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of the 2026 AI framework, ensuring robustness and scalability across distributed systems.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize large-scale transformer models for inference speed and memory efficiency.
- System Integration: Integrate proprietary neural networks with cloud-native infrastructure to support real-time data processing.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure AI safety standards.
- Roadmap Planning: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the future evolution of the 2026 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML systems engineering.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
