In this pivotal position, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-scale deployment. You will lead a team of data scientists and engineers in building ethical, scalable, and high-performance AI systems that will redefine human-machine interaction.

Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Model Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development, from data preprocessing and training to fine-tuning and evaluation.
- Research Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, exploring novel architectures and optimization techniques for 2026 and beyond.
- Production Deployment: Ensure models are deployed in a secure, efficient, and cost-effective manner within cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Compliance: Implement rigorous data governance and ethical AI guidelines to ensure fairness and transparency in our models.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with a focus on deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Algorithm Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability systems and optimizing inference latency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
