Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biocomputing)
- Architect scalable solutions for climate-tech and sustainable infrastructure
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype next-gen systems
- File patents and publish in top-tier scientific journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced R&D with demonstrated patent portfolio
- Expertise in quantum algorithms or neural network optimization
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with HPC/cloud deployment experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
