Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize quantum algorithms specifically tailored for machine learning applications.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to minimize error rates in quantum gates and improve coherence times.
- Translate complex mathematical models into efficient Python and C++ code for Qiskit and Cirq frameworks.
- Mentor junior researchers and drive the technical roadmap for our 2026 roadmap initiatives.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum circuits in noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch with a focus on quantum machine learning layers.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers in top-tier conferences (e.g., QIP, NeurIPS).
