Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business strategy.
- Lead the integration of next-gen AI and Machine Learning models into core business processes.
- Oversee the transition to sustainable, cloud-native infrastructure to reduce carbon footprint and enhance scalability.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging R&D initiatives that explore Web3, IoT, and advanced data analytics.
- Manage a high-performance team of engineers and strategists to drive technical delivery.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and C-suite executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior technology leadership, strategy, or consulting.
- Proven experience in developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud computing architectures.
- Strong background in digital transformation and change management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M annually.
