Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure, focusing on Generative AI (LLMs) and predictive analytics pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large-scale machine learning models to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-level executives to define long-term technical strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, researching new technologies like quantum computing interfaces or neuromorphic chips.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing microservices architectures and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot high-stakes system failures and innovate under pressure.
