Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts and emerging megatrends
- Lead research initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and neuro-interfaces for product integration
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present futuristic technology frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Manage innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 5-10 year solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Drive culture of exponential thinking through internal tech evangelism programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains (AI safety, quantum applications)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks governing emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
