Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI models and infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a diverse team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and industry standards.
- System Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet future compliance standards and performance benchmarks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of emerging trends in artificial intelligence, distributed systems, and edge computing to integrate relevant advancements into our projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience designing large-scale distributed systems and AI architectures.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of neural network optimization, model deployment strategies, and edge computing principles.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and architect resilient solutions.
