Responsibilities

- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectural frameworks that support high-volume, future-proof applications.
- Innovation Management: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to determine their viability for integration into our core product suite.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle to ensure stability and performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Familiarity: Demonstrated interest or experience with AI/ML models, edge computing, or next-gen data processing techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, multi-faceted engineering challenges in dynamic environments.
