Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure optimized for the 2026 technological landscape, integrating emerging neural network models.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI evolution, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and 2026 industry standards.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, latency, and accuracy to ensure real-time responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 4 years in designing large-scale AI or Machine Learning systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- 2026 Readiness: Experience with quantum computing interfaces or advanced edge computing architectures is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
