Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and space exploration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into strategic roadmaps for R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Author high-impact scenario-planning reports for executive stakeholders and board presentations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists while cultivating an organization-wide culture of strategic anticipation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial applications or policy frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and quantitative trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, quantum networks)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and ability to influence decision-makers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
