Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI and quantum computing systems optimized for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focusing on quantum machine learning, neuromorphic engineering, and advanced neural networks.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for high-performance computing clusters and edge AI deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior engineers and guiding junior talent in cutting-edge technologies.
- System Integration: Integrate legacy systems with futuristic quantum protocols to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-level technical teams.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#). Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or quantum simulation frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unsolved problems in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Innovation Mindset: A proven track record of innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
