As a leader in our high-performance computing division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical software engineering, deploying scalable solutions that solve complex problems in optimization, cryptography, and generative AI.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable quantum-classical hybrid algorithms on cloud-based quantum processors.
- Optimize existing neural networks to run efficiently on quantum hardware environments.
- Lead the research and development of novel AI models focused on predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, physicists, and software engineers to translate research into production-grade code.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for high-dimensional data processing.
- Contribute to open-source frameworks and present findings at global tech conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Python, C++, or CUDA.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
