Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026's core infrastructure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Define and enforce best practices for data science, machine learning operations (MLOps), and software engineering.
- Drive the research and development of novel algorithms, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Partner with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience deploying large-scale ML models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
