Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems, focusing on microservices, serverless, and edge computing.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Quantum Readiness) and assess their potential for integration.
- Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture through mentorship and innovation workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to prioritize technical debt reduction and modernization initiatives.
- Establish security and compliance standards that protect enterprise assets in a decentralized future.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic advisory role.
- Proven track record of defining technology strategies for major enterprise transformations.
- Deep expertise in Cloud-Native Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Data Governance.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
