Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients preparing for 2026 market shifts
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on disruptive technologies and scenario planning
- Produce high-impact futurist reports and white papers published in top industry journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging market needs
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advocate ethical frameworks for emerging technologies at international forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of publishing seminal research in technology or sociology fields
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and government bodies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Technology Roadmapping)
