Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Lead high-level research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Edge Computing.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, cloud-native systems designed to handle exponential data growth.
- Drive the adoption of AI-driven decision-making frameworks across all operational departments.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for R&D initiatives and vendor partnerships.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity and data governance in a post-quantum world.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Product Strategy, or Technical Leadership, with at least 3 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Deep technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology roadmaps on time and within budget.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to forecast industry trends three to five years out.
- Strong leadership presence with experience building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
