Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level 2026 strategic goals into concrete technical roadmaps and development milestones.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary generative models and reinforcement learning agents.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing neural networks for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and researchers to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is required.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think several years ahead, understanding emerging trends in AI and applying them to business needs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and adapting to rapid iteration cycles.
